Basically nearly everything is, bikes, cars, camera gear, computers, etc. as long as you can find buyers for every piece. Isn't this the concept behind "chop shops"?

Not to say ebay is a "chop shop"... :<)

But isn't buying complete bikes, finding components, stripping, cleaning, restoring, exchanging, parting out, and trading to get other parts to make the bike you want part of the fun? ...besides riding of course!
