I know this was beat to death a couple of months ago, but:
When were B15's made? Right up to the (hopefully temporary) end or not?
I just got one which is nearly unused, but has a nicer trim (a little border all the way 'round) than a modern B17 Champion Standard, and has eyelets which round off the bag loops, something I had never seen before. It's also brown underneath, while all my other black ones are black under there, but they're all '90's and newer. Is there a key somewhere to determine a date from what's stamped on the bottom?
