Monkeymember, I think this is an "club racer" one step below the PX-10, a PRN-10 or something like that, from the early to mid 70s judging from the decals. In that era, the full 531 DB frames from an amazing number of French makers all had half chromed forks amd stays, almost like an unwritten industry standard. Bikes like the one shown, with half chrome forks but painted stays, usually had 531 main tubes (usually butted) or occasionaly top end Vitus tubes. This rule isn't ironclad, but it is amazing how often it held true. Of course few of your components are original.
