Jim, I checked with SJS Cycles in UK. They say the GB randonneur bars are in fact engraved and are British made. They didn't exactly say, but strongly implied these were NOS. They are listing these on their website for £17.01, which is at today's exchange rate is around $24, but freight from UK could increase that significantly.
