Don; I do not want my first ammendment rights violated either, but when you are emailing to a large group of people you do not know, discretion should be used. Between friends, I may talk in any language appropriate within that circle, but outside of that with people I am not familiar with I tone it down because I do not want to offend people. I was not offended by Ken's comment and also slightly amused, others may not feel the same way. It isn't neccesarily wrong if they are offended, they are entitled to there point of view as you and I are. Ken is a friend and in writing my note to the list I was careful in authoring the letter trying not to offend Ken, Just to let him know I didn't agree with his choice of words in our forum.
