I'm not the expert on track equipment, but the 151 bcd measure stayed with the track eqpt for a long time after the conversion to 144 on the road stuff.
I'm not sure about sources for cleats for the M-71 Cinelli "widowmaker" pedals. I have 1 extra cleat, which I'm not eager to let go, and a few pedal spare parts. I believe the pedals use the contemporary Campy spindles - and the pedal caps fit, if memory serves.
harvey sachs yes, I do ride the Cinelli's -- but rarely, and often with the locks left open. Not recommended for riding in an unfamiliar pack, or in traffic.
