I believe I've found an address and telephone number, although no email, for the company (Araya Industrial) in Japan. Although I speak no Japanese, I'll probably try to call when I can find a few free minutes during the right time (it's 13 hours earlier, right?)

If we have a Japanese speaker on the list, I would *delighted* to do a conference call with them, all on my nickel, of course - anyone able to help out with this?
