david. is it my imagination, or are the headlugs 'missing' the reinforcements around the top of the upper lug and the bottom of the lower lug? are you going to remove the added braze-ons? how original are you going for? decals are not hard to find. the signature would have been at the rear of the top tube, left side. eventually it moved to the right side. but not unless you rode in the rain. i have the book cited in mark perkins' note. those decals are the same as yours, except for the seat-tube bands.
