Any good LBS should have a 5m (5x.8mm) Helicoil kit and that's what they're for. You can also buy a full kit yourself but I think they're @$30. I've done this to more Campy deraileurs than I want to think about. Also since you're repacing the tapped threads with a steel thread it "should" be stronger than the original.
