I like to do intervals on the trainer, so sound tracks that mix it up - pace wise - are what I like best. My current favorites are La Boheme & the updated version - the soundtrack from RENT. O.K., no jumping to conclusions here guys - both are awesome. And both are two act affairs with average act length of about 50 minutes - perfect for Intervals.
