Eric- I am probably not the best person to answer your questions, but I will take a stab at it, assuming I don't get stabbed in the back for trying, that is. These are all chains I have seen from middle sixties to date, but I am sure there are many holes in my memory.
Regina Track: plain black looking, beefy-widest chain Regina offerred from back then. They are still around, you just have to look for them.
Regina ORO Track: same as above, and they are still available at for $12 from "L.BICO" in Michigan.
Regina Corsa: plain black chain, least expensive chain that they made, originally went for $6 to $8. this is the one selling for $30 during the "Great Regina Famine-Debacle" about five years ago.
Regina Extra: as far as I can tell this was the very same chain as the "Corsa" model. what the difference between the 2, I am not sure.
Regina ORO Road: ditto as above; my understanding was that the only difference between Regina Extra and this model was brass plating, although not 100% sure. This went for about $12 when new years ago.
Regina America: a slightly narrower chain than the "Extra", but seemed to have more complex approach to bushings.
Regina America ORO: Same as immediately above, only with the brass-plating treatment.
Regina America ORO "Special": A "cut out" side-plate version of the model above, but am not certain its exact name. Apparently about 2/3 as heavy as regular chain. I have never used it, but would sometimes hear anecdotal comments suggesting this chain was very prone to stretching and was only good for about 2000 miles before it "wore out". Recently saw this model selling online for about $30.
Regina SL: Same profile as "America", except hollow pins. Also about 2/3 as heavy as regular America. Came in plain black, ($15) or nickle plated, ($18) versions. saw a lot of Pros using this kind in the middle 80s.
Regina Record: I once bought one of these and the instructions inside were for a Campy "Record" chain. Instructions were clear that it was a Regina make, but apparently was the proper chain to use on the old Campy "Syncro" system. Adding an even trickier twist was that the Syncro freewheel made to match it had a Regina AND Campy stamp on it (!!).
I don't know diddly about Sedis line. Only used on old Gitane I used to have. Cheers, Dave--"the more I know, the more I realize that I don't know"--Anderson.
