I can confirm that the decal is standard 531 Special Lightweight as my Pike is also built with it. In the picture here you can see the seattube decal as well as the fork decal, both with red.

As a side note, I just dropped off an NOS 531 SL tube set with Dave Bohm and marked on the box in pen is a note "27.2". Dave, can you verify if the seattube is indeed 27.2? I'd also like to get a 531 SL tubing sticker for that tube set.
