Boy, do I feel like an idiot--this should teach me to read all of the posts rather than selecting the few that jump out. A couple of hours ago I posted a query here to Hilary re: HR Morris bikes, having read his mention of this framebuilder in another response to the question about the Cottingham frame. Now I notice that someone spotted a Morris on ebay and you all have been chatting about it. Arggh, sorry to have come at this through the proverbial back door, but I heard about Morris frames when I was in England in the early '80s (but never saw one) and Hilary's response reminded me of the name. Enough said; I'll try to pay more attention in the future.
