Looks like a '58 to me, mebbe a '57. I've got one of these myself,
but mine's a beat-up old rustbucket, not a cream puff like Matt's.

Yep.
The name "Lenton" comes from the fact that Raleigh's factory was located on Lenton Road in Nottingham until it shut down last fall.
The only aluminum parts on these were the hub shells and the brake calipers, but they are very nice riding bikes.
