Seems like a good time to post these. The shoes are 46.5 Maressi's, NOS with bag. I bought them on ebay and the fit is not quite perfect, but I aim to fix that for the next buyer with the following info: My feet are 110mm wide by 280mm long when standing, and these shoes fit well indeed except for an extra 20mm in the toe. So if you're foot is a wee bit longer and not duck shaped like mine, these'll fit.
