I offended a few with comments about modern bikes. I am building a track bike for the road made of Steel with real lugs. I am using an adjustable track stem and steel cottered cranks -- I am going for the ultimate in simplicity -- believe me I don't need 10 rear gears to enjoy my bike and for the UK people I also want to try a Sturmy Archer 3 speed one thing I have not had the pleasure of riding.........
