I have a terrific plater, a Russian who runs a one man shop. When I asked him if he'd ever done a bicycle he said yes, the Russian Olympic team bikes. He's an artist. All his work is triple plating wiht a finish a mile deep. But he's real expensive. A fork is about $150 and a whole bike upwards of $600. Phil Brown
