Lads & Lassies -

I just acquired, with a beat-up bike, a Brooks Professional S saddle (so marked on the flanks). It is 1/2" wider and 1-1/4" shorter than the other Brooks Pro I compared it with. Fairly big flattened rivets, not the early style.

Seat also marked "pre Softened."

Was this some obscure women's saddle? Rare and collectable?
