The original TA-374 axle is 122.5 mm overall length. According to the axle end factors in 3rd edition Sutherlands a Phil # 4 125mm axle looks good. I prefer to fiddle the little chainring inward and use a #3 to give a lower Q factor and better chainline on the higher ratios.
