This was the same bike that was liste recently and did not make reserve. It is indeed quite nice. A couple of years ago I asked the list about Ouellette frames, and nobody responded. I guess they are few and far between? I saw his ad in the back of some early 80's cycling magazines, lugged frame in the pic. This is the only exaple I have ever seen of the brand.
