There are still a few tires that can be obtained by a bike shop dealing with Quality Bicycle Products. IRC has both 27x 1-1/8 and 1-1/4, Kenda has a 1-1/4, Panaracer has both 1/8 and 1/4 in two different tires and then there are some 27x1-3/8 that have kind of a mountain hybrid type tire. If you can not find a shop to help you e-mail me off list and I can order them through our shop. They would run between $17 and $30 plus shipping.
