I have a '54 Wastyn-built Paramount Tourist, 23", correct crank, brakes, roadster bars, correct chrome fenders, Brooks pro, came with Simlex single downtube shifter and TDF rear but have NOS Campy single downtube shifter and GS rear which may be more correct, Dunlop 37" rims with Bayliss Wylie HF hubs, rear is flip flop with 5 speed cog. Will sell with or without wheelset....SA rear hub was probably more popular option. Old repaint, left original decals on seat tube, but painted on top of script downtube decals.
