It really depends on the manufacturer of the shoe, as many size shoes a little differently ... but generally, a US 10 is about a Euro 44.

For example. I wear a US 8-8.5 dress shoe or tennis shoe. I wear a Sidi 42. I wear a Northwave 41 (Evolution) and a Vittoria 41.5.

I've never tried on a Detto, so I don't know what my equivalent size would be there ...
