Hi all, I shipped a bike via UPS today and was told as of a couple of days ago they will only accept bikes packaged in hard cases. Luckily they went ahead and accepted my bike this time only (I kinda know the UPS girl from shipping lotsa bikes)!
Apparently they have been getting to many claims.
Does anyone know of sources for hard cases? How much?
