H'mm, looks like (at least) three "states" -- the early, rarest state Hilary descibed, with the oil port, and possibly ball-bearing pivots; a second state, with brass (or bronze?) bushing pivots and thin red plastic washers that, as David described, are just barely larger than the pivot bolt (this described my brakes), and a later stage in which red plastic bushings replace the brass/bronze bushings and red plastic washer.

Well now I am confused. Red plastic washers over brass bushings or red plastic bushed pivots?
Thanks guys
