Do you mean "slight deviation" as in crash damage? Two points:
To omit mentioning bent tubes in your auction description would be literally fraud. Extremely unlikely.
What you are seeing in the photo is a very well known phenomenon called "barrel distortion" caused by the camera lens (straight lines appear as curved lines). A side view would not solve the problem...
