Again, I have no "smoking-gun" box of NOS hubs with the mismatched post-1978 CPSC QRs. But as I said, two sets of wheels (from two different sources) built up with hubs with the mismatched levers (both curved, different logos).

To be perfectly frank, I never even noticed these odd QRs until one year ago!

I know the poster and have it, but couldn't find it very easily. I do have brochures that shown some pretty strange Super Record parts like a front derailleur that never made it into production for example.

Not necessarily a good idea to use catalogs, advertisements and brochures as gospel...
