I need information on an old Gitane track bike. I asked a question on an old road bike, and it was suggested to ask here. The frame is labeled Champion de Mondlo Record del'Heuere

The frame serial number is 54204 on the rear drop out there is a 59 stamped in the head tube the cranks are Nevar steel with skip tooth chain. The rear hub is a Baylisswiley double sided threading with a mavic tubular rim the front hub is a script Atom with a fiemme rim the bars and stem are steel the lugs at the seat post are concave with faded red, white and blue pint on the concaved ends.

What equipment should be there? What is it worth?

By the way this is my first listing. I own a 73 Schwinn Paramount that I ride regularly. Smooth as silk with a Wright leather seat and the wonderful 72 degree seat tube angle. I have a "new" STI Bianchi TSX but it beats me up. Not all steel is nice to ride. I also have an 84 Woodrup (bought at the first Cirque du Cyclisme) and a 78 Centurion Semi-pro the nicest Japanese bike I can think of. Steel is really nice, especially when it has time to age. I've owned Aluminum (Cannondale) and carbon (Giant CFR1).
