John, You can get the technical details From Norton's website, http://www.sumantec.com. However, my experience was that (at least in the short term) it was more of a nusiance than anything. You would receive emails with addresses that were familiar to you but when you opened them, or tried to, nothing seemed to happen. Time is wasted in dealing with them. If you get many of these, and people who receive a high volume of mail might, alot of time is wasted. Dale probably had that experience.
