I have wheels with Campy hub dated 1960, Red oval, also 1972. Yet, I have early 1972 Raleigh Pro with perfect rectangular. And I have seen designed letters with paralleiogram in late 70's bike??
There are three different ones for 20 years or so, and the Oval is the longest/oldest.
