All steel framebuilders from the 70's are grumpy! I know...I married one. I think it is caused by breathing too much oxyacetylene torch smoke, or possibly it's the fumes from the Emron-filled Binks sprayer. Regardless, Eisentraut is a true Master. He's currently painting my Peter Johnson vintage swirly-lugged track bike an iridescent metallic cobalt blue. When PJ and I were at the Zurich Six Days in early December, we were proud to see two Americans out there battling with the big Euro boys. Marty Nothstein and Jame Carney put on a good show. And what brand of bike was Jame Carney riding? An EISENTRAUT, of course. Jan Johnson Portola Valley "Colder than a Mother-in-law's heart", California
