Mark:

I met Bernie at Joe Breeze's 20 year celebration in Fairfax, CA. about 3 years or so ago. We were checking out the unusual variety of bicycle related transportation in the bicycle parking area and Bernie rode up on his adjustable frame. What a creation! I don't know where he lives, but I believe he advertises in "The Bicycle Trader" occasionally, or maybe in "Cycle California".
