I pulled the lantern bracket off the mount on my early 70s Kahlkoff.

There is a chromed washer that is 21mm in diameter, hole is 8mm and is 2mm thick.

The bolt head is a little over 13mm. A 13mm Craftsman combination wrench will not fit it, but a 13mm 12 pt socket will.

Bolt measures a little under 8mm, and my Whitworth threat gauge, "25G" matches the threads. Bottom of the bolt head to the end of the threads is 11.5mm.

Chromed steel lantern bracket is 3mm thick.

If this is standard I don't know. Can't find the bolt size data in any of my books, and I only have one bike from the UK with a lantern bracket.
