One of the better automotive detailing products I have used for rubber, vinyl, plastic, is Meguiar's Mirror Glaze vinyl and rubber #40. Has a UV sunscreen, cleans protects and revives color. Just used some recently on some Dia Compe hoods. Available at some Auto Part or paint stores.
