Well, gang, we have unpacked the Allesandro custom jerseys and I must say they exceed my expectations!
The color demarcation band on the main body is knit-in rather than being sew together as I assumed it would be.. The colors are spot on, very rich and elegant to my eye (!) And the embroidery! AWESOME! The Classic Rendezvous lettering, in it's loopy shape typestyle becomes a chunky snake of thick stitching reminiscent of 1950s High school letter jackets. Very cool!
We have 62 jerseys presold out of 100. I am pretty sure this will be a one shot deal, as I do not plan to invest in another 100 speculatively any time soon. If you would like one let me know ASAP while size choice is good..
OK, those of you who have already paid in full and who are NOT wanting to pick yours up at the Cirque... Please call the shop 336-274-5959 and ask for Leah (NOT me!) and she will send yours out ASAP. Remember we are on the East coast and open 10 AM - 7 PM M-F., 9 AM - 6 PM on Sat. (don't call on Sundays, we are open but no one will be able to handle this biz.)
IF you have a balance due and you want your jerseys sent, call the shop (as above for Leah) and she can take a credit card number over the phone and send yours out thereafter.
IF you are not sure or there is some confusion on either of our behalf, we will call you or e-mail you AFTER the Cirque is a distant memory (maybe a week afterwards!)
