I have acquired what may be a Cinelli B with all campy NR + universal brake calipers, fiamme tubular rims. But then again, it may be a Windsor. It is cosmetically poor with a bad repaint, but straight, rides well, and seems to fit me "just right". I have no idea if there is any chrome under the paint.

I am undecided whether to restore or convert to fixed gear, and the actual origin will be the deciding factor. Do members of the list have advice about differentiating the two? Thanks.
