Yes, I have a '74 Grand Record with the three pin crank.

Does anyone know of a source for the TA decals that go on the arms?

Didn't they come on Motobecane Grand Records too? I'm pretty sure the shop I worked at was still putting this very crank (capped pedal holes and all) on bikes into the early 80s.
