Did you say Soliant Green? I take a piece of packing tape. Clear packing tape, cut it out carefully around the decals, a little bigger of course. Then carefully ease it over top of the decal. Once this is done of course, the decal is fixed on tightly and you smooth it from the center to the outside to make sure theres no wrinkles. I did this same thing to pictures of Fausto Coppi that I mounted on my Bianchi road bike. Then people look at the picture and say, Where did you get the Fausto sticker?
