When you bought the Cinelli Unicanitor-style L saddle (the one with the forged aluminum, wishbone-style saddle frame) Cinelli included an aluminum, allen-headed bolt to use with the one-bolt Super Record seatpost. They did this because the forged aluminum rails of the "L" were much thicker than the typical steel wire rails and the stock Campagnolo bolt would be too short.
