Sounds like Columbus Trebutti and Aelle must be really really heavy. My 83 San Marcos made Masi GC, primarily SR equipped, and only a 54cm is about 23+ pounds(bath scale).(My former Shogun 600 touring bike was 24lbs) The Masi GC is all Columbus SL says David Tesch, listmember and fine builder who made it. What could be heavier than that and still be a race bike? Maybe it's heavy guage even as SL goes too. Are there 25-26 lb racing bikes out there? I am no racer of course and weight is a minor issue to me-just curious.
