All the spokes on the small-flange side are outboard spokes. I have seen many lacing patterns, some tried and trued, but this is very questionable. The wheels I recall with having all outboard spokes do not cross that I can recall. This wheel could be trusted on a show only bike only if the judges don't take in to acount the bad build on the wheel.
