Assuming your Ti frames are Speedwell or Teledyne, and thus on topic for this list, here's an answer. I have a lot of experience building and riding both, and I can tell you for sure there is nothing magical about Ti. The only possible explanations for your perceptions are (1)placebo effect, or (2)other factors unrelated to frame material such as body position, aerodynamics, and rolling resistance due to tire model and/or pressure. All the bicycle scientists and engineers agree, there is no frame material that is any more or less easy to pedal.
