According to a magazine of early 1980s , Stelio Belleti's father was making frames of airplanes and Stelio also made frames of racing motorcycles at Rodano on the east of Milano. In 1973 he began making bicycle frames by TIG(argon gas) welding. Stelbel made fork crown and BB shell out of tubes.
   I don't know how long Stelbel made bicycle frames.
