David Paranka of Prana Cycles, I believe. I hadn't heard of him before but I was impressed with his work. As Greg mentioned, he also had a cool little mixte frame he built for his daughter, the kind with two thin tubes serving as dual top tubes/extra stays all at once. Very cool.
