As the proud owner of a Celeste Bianchi I recommend you paint the bike. Ever since the stone age when I was a lad if a bike was Celeste it was a fine Bianchi, or a jackdaw in peacocks feathers. I have had people see my bike across the parking lot and tell me it is a nice Bianchi. If you leave it Celeste you will have to explain why it isn't a Bianchi and why it was not you who painted it. Make it easy on yourself and paint it some wonderful color you truly love.
