I need some help identifying a bike.
I just purchased my son's first road bike. I believe it is from the early 80's but I'm not sure. The frame is well made with cut-out lugs, fork tangs, brake bridge, and braze-ons all executed with expertise. The bike is painted a metallic blue with the name Kingsbery, written in white script. Size 45cm C to C, 700c wheels. Serial number A82595. Perhaps 1982? Columbus SL tubing w/Gipiemme dropouts. Early Shimano 600 kit, SR LaPrade seat post, Cinelli 1A stem w/SAKAE Randoner (sp?) bars.
Has anyone heard of this frame? Custom?
