> Atala (and Lygie that it absorbed) is still located in > Padova. I think Torpado was also absorbed by Rizzato. Really? I just took a look at the badge on my Atala's head tube and it definitely says "Milano". This bike was made in early 1968 or early 1969. But it is also true that Atala's headquarters are currently located in Padova. (I also just went to their Web site.) It seems that at least one of these firms has moved around between various cities in Northen Italy. Perhaps the management wanted to be closer to the Brenta Riviera.
