I have access to Dave Tesch and Tesch decals. The serial number I'm not sure about. 1981 might be too early for the build date so I would have to ask Dave about it; but it is possible it is frame #3 built in 1981. I didn't follow the auction so I didn't see the bike. Do you have photos?
