I'm not sure whether Larry Black or Lou Deeter actually wrote this, but I think I can help a bit (my comments start with #### at the left margin):
"I'm a tad confused Anyone know if this is a P10/15 or a P13 It implies there were sewups originally, common to but not exclusive to the P13 The toptube stops (not entirely clear from the foto) and the CP brakes are more commonto the Tourer, but CP'sd were also available and stock on the p13. I also thought that the Nervex pro lugs started about 1971. ##### My Paramount, originally chromed, has the Nervex Pro lugs; according the Waterford Archives, mine is a '65.
This was probably a 23", as they were measured fractionally. The SR rear is much newer and in '66 The crank has a finely trimmed arm indicitave or a re-work or a very old one and the BCD is a 151, also older. #### An interesting point. When I thought my Paramount was a '61, the 151 made sense, but I don't remember when the transition to 144 occurred. Will have to consult the Campy Time Line!
