I am afraid you are wrong. The cranset is 151 BCD. You can not judge it by looks of crank arm because they(Campy) made so many different variations.

You MUST look at the "distasnce" between edge of inner ring to where the ring binding bolt is located. You can see the inner diameter of chain ring has never changd since 1958 till 1985, and 5 spider arms are the same also.

BUT the distance between the edge of biding bolt and tip (also inner circle) of spider arm are about 1.5mm for 144 BCD and about 4.5mm for 151 BCD.
